BIAC had the distinct honor of meeting the Hon’ble Chief Justice of Bangladesh to discuss ways to enhance the use of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) in the country. As the only ADR institution, BIAC remains committed to fostering an efficient and business-friendly arbitration environment.
The discussions focused on improving the legal framework, streamlining procedures, and strengthening institutional arbitration to align with international best practices. BIAC firmly believes that a robust arbitration system is key to attracting investment and reducing the burden on the judiciary.
