
Mr. Greg Laughton SC has been an Arbitrator since 2008 and has sat as an Arbitrator in HKIAC, ACICA and ICC. Hu Zhen
Mr.Hu completed Bachelor of Laws from Yunnan University. He is a civil-commercial litigator and a senior partner in Quzhi Law Firm. He is a member of the Yunnan Lawyers Association and Kunming Lawyers Association. With more than 10 years working experience, he has successfully acted a legal counsel for a number of multi-national enterprises. He is familiar with the Chinese litigation procedure and arbitration rules, since 2021, Mr. Hu began working as an arbitrator for the Kunming Arbitration Commission. He participates actively in various international academic conferences and activities organized by the China Enterprise Confederation. Dedicated in research and exploration of financial securities, government corporate counsel and other professional fields, Mr.Hu has always been interested in providing platforms for exchange as well as investment opportunities for foreign enterprises.

Wang Zhihua
Mr. Wang is currently the director and partner of Yunnan Quzhi Law Firm Lawyer. He provides legal services focused on investment and financing, corporate governance, risk prevention, capital markets, collection and disposal of non-performing assets, mergers and acquisitions, bankruptcy and restructuring. He graduated from Yunnan University Law School with a bachelor’s degree.

Qiong Lu (Catherine)
Ms. Lu is an International Attorney specializing in business law in Shanghai after 11 years of practice in government law. Her main areas of practice include general corporate, overseas M&A, cross-border investment, public listing in USA, arbitration and dispute resolution. She is a Senior Partner at Jingsh (Shanghai) Law Firm, and assists Chinese enterprises publicly listed in NASDAQ, designs the equity structure of foreign-invested enterprises in China among others. She holds a Bachelors in Law from College of Law of People’s Public Security University of China, Masters in Civil, Commercial and Economic Laws from China University of Political Science and Law and Masters in International Law from IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law (USA).

Zhang Jingmei
Ms. Jingmei is the Director General of Kunming International Commercial Arbitration Service Centre (KICASC). She is also Director of Legal Affairs Bureau of Economic Development Zone Management Committee of the Kunming National Economic and Technological Development Zone. She holds the same academic capacity as a masters degree.

Yang Rui
Mr. Rui is the Secretary General of the Kunming International Commercial Arbitration Service Centre (KICASC). He is a lawyer, mediator and arbitrator by profession and has graduated from the China University as a student of political science and law.

Yang Xiaomin
Lawyer Yang is a member of Yunnan Lingyun Law Firm, the Director of the Faculty Center, member of the Communist Party of China, and Political Consultative Conference. Lu Bin
Mr. Lu Bin is Vice President of Kunming Bar Association, Deputy Director of Legal Advisory Committee of China Lawyers Association, visiting professor at National Lawyers College P.R.C, founding partner of China Pan Mekong Law Firm in Myanmar. He has been practicing law for 25 years, focusing on commercial and corporate law, as well as the laws of South Asia and Southeast Asia. Zhang Tianyi
Mr. Zhang is a Partner of Yunnan Baqian Law Firm, Director of Baqian Lao Law Firm, and Senior Consultant of China Pan-Mekong (Myanmar) Law Firm. Ajit Kumar Mishra
Ajit Kumar Mishra is a prominent figure in the dispute resolution field, particularly
in the context of construction and infrastructure projects. He is currently the Head of
Contract Management Division (Executive Director) for a USD 12 billion World Bank
/ JICA funded infrastructure project in India. His role involves representing the
employer in various disputes and claims of over USD 1 billion with contractors in
Dispute Adjudication Boards, Arbitral Tribunals, and courts of law.
Mr Ajit Kumar Mishra has a strong background in engineering, management, and
law, holding a B.Tech., an MBA, and a Diploma in International Arbitration. He is a
Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb), Fellow of Prime Dispute
(UK) and has been member of UK Adjudicators, Dispute Resolution Board
Foundation. His expertise covers a range of areas including arbitration, adjudication,
