Name:Md-Dalil-Uddin

Md. Dalil Uddin, PEng., MCIPS, is a seasoned procurement and contract management expert with over 38 years of experience, including 15 years in foreign-aided projects. He holds a Master’s in Procurement and Supply Chain Management from BRAC University, an M.Sc. in Construction Management from Bath University, and a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from BUET. He is a FIDIC Certified Trainer and Contract Manager and a nationally certified procurement trainer under the CPTU, Ministry of Planning. Mr. Uddin has led numerous large-scale infrastructure projects funded by World Bank, JICA, and ADB, serving as Project Director, Senior Procurement Specialist, and Dispute Board Member. He currently serves as Senior Procurement Consultant at LGED. Notably, he received the “Best Project Director Award 2013” from JICA. Mr. Uddin is a member of several prestigious professional bodies including the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (UK) and the Institution of Engineers, Bangladesh.

Name:Mohammad Hasibul Haque

MOHAMMAD HASIBUL HAQUE HAS MORE than 13 years of construction experience with a broad knowledge of local & international projects. Experience in contract management, tendering, claims, reporting, presentations, etc. (Well-versed with FIDIC Standard Form of Contracts and Other Standard Contracts.) Although experienced in the Development of disruption claims, Acceleration claims, Termination claims, EOT claims with cost compensation with forensic approaches, etc.

Name:Barrister Mohammad Belayet Hossain

Barrister Mohammed Belayet Hossain is an advocate at the Supreme Court of Bangladesh, with expertise in civil, corporate, and constitutional law. He holds an LL.B. (Hons) and LL.M. from the University of Chittagong, as well as legal qualifications from the University of Wolverhampton and City University London. A Barrister-at-Law of Lincoln’s Inn, London, he has served as an Independent Director at Islami Bank Bangladesh Ltd. and as a faculty member at International Islamic University Chittagong. He is also a founding partner at Jurists’ Consortium, Dhaka, and regularly advises national and international organizations on legal matters.

Name:Dr. Khaled Hamid Chowdhury

Barrister Khaled Hamid Chowdhury is a distinguished legal professional with expertise in arbitration, mediation, and international sports law. He holds an LL.B. (Hons.) from Dhaka University, an LL.M. in International Business Law from King’s College London, and a postgraduate certification in Arbitration from Robert Gordon University, Scotland. Called to the Bar of England & Wales in 1995 by Lincoln’s Inn, he has been practicing as an Advocate in the Supreme Court of Bangladesh since 1996 and was enrolled in its Appellate Division in 2018.
He is currently a Senior Partner at Chowdhury & Ullah, Barristers, Advocates and Legal Consultants and serves as the Head of Laws at London College of Legal Studies (South). He also holds leadership positions as the Vice-President of both the Barristers Association of Bangladesh and the International Society of Admiralty and Arbitration Lawyers, London.
A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) and an accredited mediator, he has handled high-profile cases, including Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) match-fixing disputes. His specialization in commercial and sports law, along with his contributions to legal education, has made him a prominent figure in Bangladesh’s legal landscape.

Name: Mohammad Faisal Miah

Barrister Mohammad Faisal Miah is a dedicated legal professional with over 20 years of experience, specializing in property law and related legal services. In 2020, he founded Miah & Associates, a nationwide law firm offering one-stop property legal solutions across Bangladesh. His firm is recognized for its practical, client-focused approach and professional integrity. Before establishing his chamber, he served as Deputy General Manager and Head of Business Development at Comprehensive Holdings Ltd., a leading real estate company, where he worked for 16 years. He began his career with Ena Properties Ltd. in 2004.

Barrister Miah is committed to legal education and has conducted numerous in-house training sessions for junior lawyers. He is known for his leadership, strong communication skills in both Bangla and English, and dedication to mentoring young professionals. He holds a Bar Transfer Test (BTT) qualification from BPP University, UK, and an LL.M from Northern University of Bangladesh, where he was awarded the Vice Chancellor’s Gold Medal. He is a member of The Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn and is enrolled as an advocate with the Supreme Court of Bangladesh and the Bangladesh Bar Council.

Name: Rawnak Jahan

Ms. Rawnak is an accredited mediator with the Singapore International Mediation Institute (SIMI), a Member of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb) and a Panel International Mediator of Sage Mediation, Singapore.
She has received extensive training from International Institutes especially on handling cross-border disputes. She has completed LL.B (University of London), LL.M in commercial law (Cardiff University, UK) and Master of laws in Bar Practice (Northumbria University, UK). She is a barrister and was called to the Bar of England and Wales by the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn, UK. Her background reflects that she is well acquainted with multicultural environment which enables her dealing with clients from different backgrounds with ease and confidence. Previously, she was appointed by University of Information, Technology and Sciences (UITS) as a lecturer. Before resigning from her academic career Ms Rawnak served in Northern University Bangladesh as a senior lecturer. She was a pupil in Dr. Kamal Hossain and Associates, one of the most prominent law chambers in Bangladesh.
Currently, she is practising as an advocate of Supreme Court of Bangladesh and plays the role of a mediator in her professional capacities.
Besides, she has been invited as a Judge in international mediation competition “CDRC- Inter Varsity Cup 2023 organised by National University of Singapore” and in “7th, 8th and 9th Asia Pacific Commercial Mediation Competition (APCMC) by the Australian Disputes Centre”. Moreover, she has written articles on newspapers and delivered public speech on different legal matters which were broadcast by Bangladesh Radio.
