Nuzhat Mubashira Promee

Ms. Promee is an LLB (Hons) candidate with the University of London at London College of Legal Studies (South), Dhaka. She holds dual accreditation in Civil-Commercial Mediation and Arbitration from ADR ODR International and has completed legal internships focused on litigation and case research. Active in workshops and forums on arbitral procedure, she is building expertise in commercial and investor-state arbitration as well as technology-driven ADR. Beyond her studies she writes on legal issues, mentors peers, and supports projects that widen access to justice. Committed to cross-border collaboration and institutional reform, she aims to advance efficient, inclusive dispute-resolution practice in Bangladesh.

Tahmid Zarif
Mr. Tahmid is an LLB (Hons) student at the London College of Legal Studies (South), under the University of London. He is accredited in Civil-Commercial Mediation and Arbitration by ADR ODR International, and has also completed certified courses in Negotiation, Online Dispute Resolution (ODR), and Digital Dispute Resolution (DDRS). With a growing foundation in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), Tahmid is passionate about resolving commercial disputes through collaborative and efficient methods. He is particularly interested in how technology is transforming the dispute resolution process, from virtual mediations to digital case management systems. Tahmid believes that modern legal practice must evolve with digital advancements to stay relevant and accessible. His enthusiasm for ADR stems from its ability to provide fair, flexible, and time-saving solutions outside of traditional courtroom settings. Through his academic and professional journey, Tahmid is committed to promoting innovative, tech-enabled approaches to resolving conflicts in today’s dynamic legal landscape.
