The BIAC Secretariat is composed of qualified counsel and deputy counsel, educated at top universities, speak multiple languages and have experience in international commercial and investment arbitrations.

Members of the BIAC Secretariat are available to act as tribunal secretary in the following types of arbitrations seated in or outside of Bangladesh:

• arbitrations administered by BIAC under all versions of the BIAC Administered Arbitration Rules or UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules; and
• ad hoc arbitrations;

Tribunal Secretary Training Programme

BIAC is one of the first arbitral institution to offer a Tribunal Secretary Training Programme.  As an extension of BIAC’s tribunal secretary service, the Programme trains the next generation of qualified tribunal secretaries around the world.
